Linda Carey

Linda Carey received her MFA in painting and drawing from the University of Arizona. She has taught drawing at the Columbus College of Art & Design, the College of William & Mary, and at various art centers. She has exhibited both in solo and group shows on the East coast and Midwest, and in Ireland and France. She has been the recipient of four International Residency Fellowships in France and Ireland, and is a member of the Midwest Paint Group which exhibits throughout the East coast and Midwest. She spends several months every year in Italy painting and making pilgrimages to see Italian art.
